ABOUT US
The CARE Project is here for you—whether you have a disability, support someone who does, or work as a service provider. Everyone is welcome, including those not eligible for the NDIS. Our programs are tailored to meet the needs of culturally diverse communities, with a focus on First Nations peoples.
Our goal is to help you:
- Create cultural connections.
- Advocate for your rights with confidence.
- Build relationships and connect with peers.
- Navigate disability, health, and community services.
- Gain independence and contribute to your community.
THE PILLARS OF CARE

We work with you and your community through focus groups and partnerships to co-design programs that meet your needs.

ADVOCACY
We help you understand your rights, build confidence, and advocate for yourself in your community and beyond.

RESOURCEFULNESS
We provide tools like e-learning modules, support groups, and resources to help you find and access the services you need.

EMPOWERMENT
We support you in building independence and connections so you can participate and contribute to your community.
